Patient details

Patient details will be stored both on company computers in a safe location and on Writeupp, an online, secure clinic management software.

Details will not be shared with any external sources under any circumstances unless requested by patients. 

Video calls

Our video calls will be conducted on a safe, encrypted link via the practice management software, Writeupp. This allows us to gain the clearest insight into where your problems may be located and how your mechanics may influence your presentation. This optimises our treatment approach, giving you the best chance of a full recovery. 

Requesting notes

We offer all patients the right to request a copy of their notes. This request must be submitted via email.
