Shane Massey-Hocquard
Founder and Lead Physiotherapist
Shane started his physiotherapy journey in 2018, qualifying with a first class honours from the University of Southampton. He has previously worked for the NHS in musculoskeletal outpatients and has experience in the private sector working at a physiotherapy and sports injury clinic.
Alongside his in-person physiotherapy experience, Shane has over two years experience delivering virtual physiotherapy. He believes virtual healthcare plays an important role in providing prompt and efficient treatment.
Having seen, first hand, the impact of long waiting times on the chronicity and progression of patients' conditions, Shane believes early intervention is key to prevention. This inspired him to create PhysiWeb.
